14 Cabins nestled on the bank of the
Pemigewasset River. Rustic and inviting 1+2 bedroom
cabins. Some with kitchens, fireplaces and screen in
porches. We offer complimentary coffee, HBO and WIFI.
Our cabins with kitchens come fully equipped and all of
your linens are provided. We accept pets and are open
year round.
Cancellation Policy:
When canceling, we
require a 14 day notice for changes or
cancellations to your reservation to avoid your
card from being processed for deposit or for
deposit refunds. Holiday weekends require one
night non-refundable deposit.

$25.00 fee for lost or damaged remote controls

$250.00 Charge for Smoking in the Cabins.
Guests are responsible for missing items and
damages to the property that occurred while you
stayed with the Pemi Cabins. Your credit card will
be charged for those damages and or you will be
billed.

- A 2 bedroom cabin with queen size bed in each
bedroom, living room with a futon couch that opens
to a full size bed, Fireplace and screen porch on
the river with small table and two chairs &
refrigerator. This cabin does not have a kitchen.
The fireplace is for pleasure and there is a furnace
for your comfort. The Bathroom has a shower stall,
vanity with a sink and a toilet. Color Cable TV with

year rate of $89.00 for 2 adults and 2 children.

table and two chairs. This cabin does not have a kitchen
